How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The total estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days: 1–2 business days to process your order plus 2–3 business days in transit. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, start processing the same day.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, whether they're defective or you've simply changed your mind. We send you a free return label to download and print, and there's no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 10 days of us receiving your return.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP £), and checkout is secure and encrypted.

Our items are machine washable. Wash on a gentle cycle (30°C recommended), reshape while damp and lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
